What to Bring to Rehab

Download our digital packing list for outpatient rehab if you plan to live in a Sober Living while in outpatient therapy with Cafe Recovery by The Hope House.

By definition, attending rehab at an outpatient facility means you can live at home if you are local or if you are out of town, will leave your typical surroundings and stay in a sober living home site for a period of time. While this level of treatment can be very effective and help you overcome your addiction, it also means bringing your key essentials with you if you plan to live in a sober living environment while you attend treatment.

We’ve put together an approved packing list for Sober Livings while attending Cafe Recovery by The Hope House to ensure you bring all the items you’ll need with you, and set you up for greater success during your treatment.
