What to Bring to Rehab

Download our digital packing list for outpatient rehab if you’ll be staying in a Sober Living home while participating in outpatient therapy with Cafe Recovery by Arizona IOP.

Attending an outpatient rehab program means you can live at home if you’re local, or, if you’re coming from out of town, you’ll stay in a sober living home for a period of time. While this level of care can be highly effective in supporting your recovery, it’s important to bring the essentials you’ll need for your stay in a sober living environment.

We’ve created an approved packing list for sober living homes while attending Cafe Recovery by Arizona IOP to help you prepare, ensure you have everything you need, and set you up for success throughout your treatment.
