Alejandra has over half a decade of experience in Business Development in both adult and adolescent behavioral health facilities. She has also significant experience working as a Recovery Coach Specialist and Sober Companion. In her dedicated pursuit of extensive knowledge in the behavioral and mental health field, Alejandra earned a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Roll membership at Rio Salado College in the Substance Abuse and Addiction Counseling Program. Alejandra is also the CEO / Founder  of P.O.W.E.R. Academy, a non-profit 501(c)(3) Recovery High School opening in 2025. P.O.W.E.R. Academy is the only Recovery High School in Arizona. Through her long-term sobriety, Alejandra found purpose and passion helping and supporting others in their recovery journey.
