What to Bring Prepare for Your Arizona Outpatient Stay

To support a smooth start to your Arizona outpatient rehab experience, we’ve prepared a guide outlining what to bring—and what to leave at home.

What to Bring to Outpatient

  • Bring loose, comfortable clothes suitable for daily wear.
  • A light sweater or long-sleeved shirt is recommended, as the facility can get chilly.
  • Pack enough clothing to last the full duration of your outpatient rehab schedule.
  • All prescription medications, supplements, and vitamins must be brought in their original containers.

(If you have any leftover substances you’d like securely disposed of, feel free to bring them along.)

  • A valid driver’s license or photo ID is required.
  • Please bring your insurance card, if applicable.
  • You may bring your own personal hygiene items (items with alcohol content will be safely stored and made available as needed).
  • High-quality toiletries are also provided on-site in case you forget anything.
  • Phones, tablets, laptops, and iPads are allowed.
  • Chargers longer than 8 inches will be stored at the nurses’ charging station; short cords (6–8″) may be kept with you.
  • Cigarettes must be in unopened packs.
  • Vape juice and cartridges must also be unopened.
  • Smoking and vaping are allowed only on the 24/7 outdoor smoking patio.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors.
  • Medical marijuana is not permitted.
  • Weapons, alcohol, and drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited.
  • Medical marijuana is not allowed under any circumstances.
